Cheese stuffed garlic bread
Recipe Cook time : 15 to 17 minutes Yield : 2 loaves Ingredients For yeast 2 tsp dry yeast 2 tsp sugar ½ cup warm water Dough 2 ½ cup all purpose flour/ maida 1 tsp garlic powder or finely chopped garlic ½ tsp oregano ½ tsp ground pepper powder (optional) 1 tsp salt ½ cup milk 1 tsp oil Stuffing and topping 1 tsp cornmeal or semolina 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese ¼ tsp salt 2 tbsp melted unsalted butter 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic (10 garlic cloves) 2 tsp chopped cilantro or parsley leaves 1 tsp chilli flakes ½ tsp oregano Preparation For yeast: Combine sugar, warm water, and yeast in a bowl, allowing it to rest for 10 minutes. Dough: In a large bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, oregano, pepper, and salt. Create a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture, milk, and oil.
